How does eXaminator work?

eXaminator is a patented pacing product with three functions: 1) Normal wrist watch, 2) Silent vibration alarm, and 3) Test-pacing device.   The watch operates like a typical digital wrist watch and the vibration alarm functions are incredibly easy to use.

Simply enter the length of the test and the number of questions, then begin the exam with one touch.  eXaminator unique design clearly counts down the remaining test time and shows the test question number you should have reached at any given point.

Silent vibration alarm is key to eXaminator huge success

Audible alarms are forbidden at most tests because they can disturb others around you. But eXaminator's built-in vibration function silently prompts you to look at the displayed pacing information.  The vibration is gentle but unmistakably alerts only the user, even during the most stressful of exams.  This tiny vibration alarm is something only you can feel and it’s the key to eXaminator's huge success.

eXaminator lets you choose the number of vibration reminders you can receive during the test.  The default alert always occurs with ten minutes left in the test, making sure that you will at least check your pace at that point.  Plus, you can choose the "1/2" setting to receive an additional alert at the halfway point, or the "1/4" setting for an alert at each quarter of the exam.

eXaminator also has a unique single button press which shows you just how much time remains to complete the specific question you should have reached.  This is an invaluable tool for essay questions like the new SAT and LSAT!

eXaminator will change the future of test taking!

In a live test setting, students feel the vibration, look down at eXaminator worn on the wrist, see what fraction of the exam time has been completed (i.e. "done 1/2"), and return to the test feeling confident and assured of completing thoroughly and on time.  You’ll be able to see exactly what question you should be on at any given time and, therefore, know whether you need to speed up, slow down or keep going steadily on pace.

Because it is in the form of a wristwatch and has no sound-making or calculation capabilities, eXaminator is often permitted under the rules governing many of the multiple choice and essay standardized tests...  other electronic pacing devices are not!
