Ordering
All orders placed in the USA before 12:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the same day.  International orders will be shipped within 48 hours.  All orders placed online or via telephone are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping
Cost of shipping varies depending on type of shipping method chosen.  Orders containing a PO Box as the shipping address will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail; a convenience charge of $8 will be charged separately to your credit card.  All international shipments are shipped via FedEx within 48 hours of the order being processed.  Tracking information is available upon request via email at orders@examinator.com.  Please be sure to include order number, full name and billing address of the order.

Add $.50 for each additional watch purchased.

Tax
Orders shipping to the state of California are subject to 8.25% Sales Tax.

Guarantee, Warranty and Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of eXaminator®, please return it within 7 days with proof of purchase for your money back.

The eXaminator is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year parts and labor from the date of purchase. The warranty does not apply to batteries or to any unit that has been subject to misuse, negligence or accidents. At its option, eXaminator Corporation may elect to replace a unit rather than repair it.  No COD packages will be accepted. During the warranty period, return your eXaminator watch with proof of purchase date and a check or money order for $8.00 shipping and handling to: eXaminator, PO Box 1884, Beverly Hills, CA  90213.

eXaminator is not liable for any shipping costs on returned merchandise.
